    I don't think Shanks needs to die by the hands of BB so that luffy has a reason to fight him. He is already in luffy's eyes the one resposable with Ace death. As for the others I really think there are no reasons. What are the reasons you think they need to die story wise?

    I don't think luffy will get him as appentice since he is to young I don't remember if it was in a movie or in the series but he already refused a young kid that wanted to join, but you never know. I want yamato to join and maybe Carot as the appentice. But I'm all in favore for yamato
