We don't know if his immortality comes from the OP fruit or by other medical/scientifical means. My guess is that utilizing Uranus probably takes a toll on the lifespan. There has to be some drawback, it shouldn't be spammable otherwise Oda will write himself into a corne as he usually does...- Plex
