The argument that says ''Kuzan wasn't introduced officialy yet'' isn't receivable as it was revealed in FI/PH Kuzan was already a bb member.
Ok but according to you, what was Shiryu doing in that colorspread as #2 ?
What made it clear is Oda drawing all #2 and gave an example of why he drew one of them instead of ''what should have been'' and the reason was strength.
Why would you or I nitpick what the author draws and comments ?
What does ''Zoro's role'' have to do with the conversation ? We're talking...
Pika or Goro as best for so many reasons.
As worst, there are a lot and most of them are Paramecias.
Examples :
- Sugar DF is useless unless you are a very specific type of psycopath.
- Jacket DF is beyond useless unless you are the biggest fashion victim.
- Baby5 DF is meh as F

''Pinguin and Shachi were supposed to be there but Bepo in Sulong is way too strong and had to put...
It seems more like strongest.Full stop.
Who is not the strongest of their crews in that spread ?
RHM/first mate is debatable for some (Bepo for example)
In an SBS Oda even said that he should have put Pinguin and Shachi but Bepo was stronger so he put him...

It would be sad if Rayleigh wasn't the one to save Shakky.
So I think he will clash with Garling at least but then the Roger/Garp/Rocks will make too much noise and they will ''agree to postpone'' since ''that would be advantageous for both''
Luffy will get angry after seeing what Dragon saw and then starts making a ruckus.
HK and marines will notice and try to stop him but Rox pirates, Roger pirates and every slave/citizen will give their life to protect him.
Meanwhile Garp will be acting as if he is not happy about it and cries...
