Kuzan is 99% a Sword double agent/traitor. It makes absolutely no sense for him to be "evil".

The problem with Pizarro is that one. He will need an opponent with island level AP to be defeated, an among the SHs only the M3 and maybe Jimbe can, atm. The other option I can think about is Franky with the Sunny-Pluton, a ship so powerful (just like an Ancient Weapon) to obliterate an island.

For the BB's crew matchup, there are some set in stone: - Luffy vs Teach - Zoro vs Shiryu - Chopper vs Doc Q - Usopp vs Van Augur and the others more difficult to guess - Nami vs Catarina/Lafitte - Sanji vs Burgess/Lafitte/Pizarro - Jimbe vs Vasco Shot/Burgess - Robin vs Catarina/San Juan Wolf -...

It's not always so obvious. I see more Vasco Shot as Jimbe's opponent, but could be Burgess too, it's tricky.

Tbh, both of the Holy Roppo could have been Sanji's matchup. Sommers had that "twisted love" theme, is goofy too and got already wrecked twice this arc. He seemed just written to be kicked in the face by Sanji later on. But yeah, Oda is really linear as always: bad guy with a sword -> Zoro's...
