    Doesn't this chapter reinforce what those have been saying to be true ? He hasn't shown the capabilities to have it, Gaban is saying the same thing, until whatever is encumbering him is released he'll be able to utilize it.

    this is good hype for Sanji, I've stated before one of the aspects that makes him interesting is the fact that his route of strength is so ambiguous, Oda can take multiple routes with him, now there is a hidden agenda in Sanji's mind we had no idea about hence CoC ?
