They're evenly matched but Ichibe would win. His zanpaukto is simply better, as well as he defeated a Yhwach who should be stronger than his past self when he went up against Yamamoto. Probably with high diff though.

Maki is several times faster and should be at least around the same strength as Bradley, but Bradley is more skilled. Interesting match, but I'd bet on Maki.
