Current Zoro is already on another level. Have Adv COA, Adv COC, might get black blade soon, and is going to master Adv COO against Shiryu. And, his fight with Shiryu would certainly be ext diff. So, there is no reason for me to put Shiryu, one who would give Zoro a ext diff fight, below WB.

Tbh, I don't know whether there will be a new WB or not, but I am sure Shiryu would be stronger than WB when he fights Zoro.

Luffy won't let him leave until he becomes the PK, since he knows that the whole crew would get folded by some fodders of the new world, if Zoro left the crew. But, as you said, Luffy after becoming the PK, I think, Zoro would follow Mihawk's route.
