Why is checking for poison protocol for an Elder if they're immortal? It wouldn't surprise me if they can only turn to Yokai with the magic circle. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it not weird that the Elder who specializes in poison has to watch out for poison?
Let me guess, the plot twist will be that One Piece world is our world but flooded. It is our world but set in the very distant future like the Mega Man Legends games (which also featured Mayumi Tanaka as the MC's voice).
