Kaido by far. Kaido is the worst OP villain from a pure writing perspective. So anti climactic and his motivations are so banal that thinking about how some people tried to make him seem deep makes me roll my eyes.

As much as I'm happy ZKK is 99.9% not happening, Kaido deserved a more dignified end, and having his head lobbed off is better than just being off-screened like this.
