No no no. Don't watch the actual anime, Don't do what I did. Watch the "One Pace" version. It cuts all the fillers in episodes and the flow is much mich better.
Yea I agree. Many one piece fans are begging Toei to do actual filler arcs instead of stretching the actual episodes with nonsense. Naruto did it right, When it was airing I looked at Naruto anime as a seasonal anime honestly.
Including the fillers?
If we are including the fillers then no but if we exclude them then yea I've watched it twice. Once by myself and once with a friend.
Sorry but base Luffy with no ACoC dodged and survived a thunder bagua, and also had enough power in his punches to make Kaido dodge his attacks. I don't think YC level characters like Doflamingo, Jack or neko and Inu can do the same...
\
Yeah, and Kaido also said "A winner doesn't need to rationalize" but then he goes to show that that's not what he truly believes in DESPITE Kaido saying it ON PANEL.
Do you take the characters' words as facts? I don't think that's the best way of proving your point here. characters in a story have their own feelings and problems, sometimes what they say is not what they mean.
Because as far as I remember Kaido also said that "Winners need no retinizations"...
Yea I agree with that. But you said Luffy is at his calmest when his is in Gear 5, right? But do you have any evidence to support that claim? Because all I remember that was told to us was that Luffy was "at his freest" when he is in gear 5
Yea but a drunk or a drug addict might also have no sense of danger or urgency. But that doesn't mean they are calm and cool-headed. Luffy is kinda high when he is in gear 5, he doesn't even have enough control to stop his laughter, and I don't think he has enough calmness to activate future...
How do you know Luffy was using future sight when fighting Lucci? To use future sight you need to be calm, and when you are laughing your ass off while fighting someone like how Luffy was doing against Lucci, I don't think that counts as calm and cool-headed!
