You are looking too much into this....side characters do not have a massive difference between their awakening and so-called base form, unlike MCs.....only MCs go with tiers for readers to distinguish... at least that's how it goes most of the time in One Piece.....and the rest is just Oda's whims

Nikapiece ended in Wano....Luffy has done literally nothing noteworthy since then.... the only thing that he has done is lose grip on his powers

he will be...Luffy is gone case since egghead....in the initial phase of elbaf I thought it would change but given how Oda is going with making Luffy go straight away G5 only to lose that form in less than 5 minutes, I don't think there is anything more to see from him in this arc.....

well...Oda had to dumb down Luffy to not actively use CoC attacks and added a non-existing nerf to G5...and G5 mode time decreases with each arc like spanning multiple attacks in Wano to two attacks in egghead to single attack in Elbaf....at this tate, next time he will lose G5 mode even before...

SHs are getting some shine in this arc, but some plot holes are kinda playing spoil sport to these moments :kriwhat:

It is horrible, but it is a Devil Fruit side effect....Luffy can't properly control G5 yet.... only Luffy has better moments, although all SHs are written like shit post Wano....

SHS chemistry is good and all but when will Usopp shines in his arc?....Zoro leading giants instead of Usopp....
