I think powerscaling isn't inherently bad but there's no use speculating unless it's something that's just painfully obvious and will never change i.e zoro >= sanji or mihawk > shanks

@Shiroyru when one of the three main villains of the current arc is more popular than a guy who only appeared in 2 flashbacks
@Oda Listen we can work out a deal if you draw Goldberg doing jumping jacks in a tank top I will forgive you and I will never slander you or your writing again
Is this a fair deal or not?
I've been saying this for weeks now. Oda doesn't seem to understand that he can't just treat Imu like he's another Kaido or Doflamingo. He's not some scrub that'll get powercreeped in an arc or two. Imu is a serious villain that's meant to be one of the top 4 strongest in the verse.
Well a character doesn't have to outright SAY they got stronger in order to prove it, but I think your overall point is true. Oda didn't give enough buildup to Hajrudin being this strong, his only impressive feat in over a decade is him blowing away a MMA with the help of Gerd and Goldberg.
Well I'm not here to hold it against him since he's long dead and I have no interest in hating on a dead person. But that said, it is still weird how much he included rape and never really showed proper remorse for it.
Some of it did impact the plot and did it very well (i.e Guts' backstory), but the problem is so much of it was just pointless and only there because Miura wasn't innovative enough to think of an actually good story
