Keep in mind that it was Dive which was pretty much shown at the first ones recognizing the attack of Brogy and Dorry: This "Hey! Look at the island!!" is Dive. Coincidence that specially the one fishman in the crew recognizes the attack first?

If i had to guess, i'd say about 12 years old. But fishman basically are stronger than humans and she will be easily able to pull up a few DF users before drowning.
