Rocks is literally weeks away from his annihilation (God Valley) in the story.

Once again the Rocks pirates being portrayed as lovable ruffians (Rocks and Harald even being friends, Shakky trusting them etc.), while hammering home the fact that the WG is the ultimate evil.
