Imu's ability is stealing powers and haki. He probably has absorbed the conquerors of those 19 kings which would explain why he can use those swords easily as well as his ridiculously high CoC stats.

Doubt it. Zoro sent Bumjuro flying like a beyblade in base ass 2SS but got straight up repelled by Sommers in KoH mode. Also Dragon damnation halves 5 kaidos in a row. Meanwhile the old fucks were getting diarrhea of fear when even thinking of angering kaido.
