Well it's not like Yamato will do 1 vs 2. We just need the monster trio (outside Luffy) to have all advanced level of Haki, which will come sooner and even can come in the middle of battle. Mid trio will awaken their df. Franky will build walmart version of pluton. Weak trio will find a way.

There's actually a theory that Wano people will come at final war sailing on Pluton. So yeah I can imagine that Yamato, Momo and Scabbards with some beast pirates will come with the cool intrance on Pluton since pluton is also a ship.
