Previous episode of Luffy vs Kizaru has better animation than this one. Kizaru doesn't look that impressive now without all that great animation.

I'm convinced that some feats in Wano are just outliers atp. Post Wano base Luffy is just less impressive than Wano base Luffy. And Kinemon went from getting neg diffed by PH Law to survive fighting Kaido and he would get neg diffed by Law again if they ever have a rematch.
