I guess Oda wanted to deal with all the fodders first (Gifters and headliners) so that he can move on to numbers and flying six fights.

If Oda cared a little bit more about fleshing out the Haki power system in SBS instead of replying to horny fans we would’ve avoided pages of useless discussions and baits.
