Ppl r conflating Senor's backstory and character with the actual quality of the fight. Iirc the backstory wasnt even shown until after the fight was over. The fight consists of Franky and Senor spamming the same over the course of like 20 chapters.

Oda is like 3 chapters ahead of us If he planned to reveal King's bounty before the VC he wouldve done so already. Same thing happened with Marco. Dude got a whole reintroduction and everything but no bounty
