Honestly not all black lightning are acoc, Luffy and Katakuri at wci was using black lightning, and recently Koby attack against Avalo also has black lightning. The black lightning on Zoro sword are really tiny and it only coverings one of his sword, so it might ended up he is just using coa.

The flame on Zoro swords is fire or haki ?
