Luffy caused an incident with international repercussions, if he doesn't get a bounty increase it only means that the bounties won't increase anymore until the end.

Law and Kid still have a little hope, the rest will be as relevant as Barto or Cavendish.

He'll probably be a trash character until the end, but he should get his three fighting chapters against Zoro anyway.

Personally, I think the arc is as mediocre as Wano. This final stretch with the goroseis and the Vegapunk speech is easily one of the worst moments of this manga.

I think Kid's case is worse because he has a lot of screen time to be such a mediocre character without any kind of nuance, but in any case Mihawk is just another side character without much prospect of being really important or gaining much depth.
