Shanks became Yonkou after losing his arm. There are quite few handicapped characters in OP. Neku and Inu are missing limbs, so do Kyros. Fujitora is blind, Aokiji is using leg made of ice. Everything depends on what Shanks was doing ofter leaving Luffy's island. Furthermore, WB was surprised...

Shanks is a Devil Fruit user. It's not possible that he could be on the same level as other Yonkou.

It looks like Denjiro and Kinemon were able to pierce Kaido's skin. Maybe he is more vulnerable in human form? BTW Is Okiku fighting with Inu or is this a weird angle?

Kaido is going to transform into a dragon and scabbard's weapon will bounced back. His scales are way to tough for them to get through.

Mihawk strength and Zoro vs Sanji are connected. Mihawk is hyped, because Zoro is hyped. Mihawk is going to be Zoro's endgame, if he is not extremely strong, than Zoro (who most likely didn't defeat him yet) is not that strong either.

Orochi is alive. I think that you need to cut all his head to kill him.

Maybe BM and Orochi are having secret alliance? He is not really dead, instead he is playing possum. Orochi is PoS, but he is not exactly stupid and he seems to be paranoid. He could have used his spies to spy on Kaido. He might want to exchange Beast Pirate's for Big Mom Pirate's.

Is it possible, that location of last Road Poneglyph is in Oden's journal? He must have wrote about it and reading his diary could be the only way to find it.

The second sketch is better. In the first, the clothes are not matching with the ones that Yamato is wearing.

It's just a sketch. There is to much confusion with dialogues from previous chapters. They could have omitted his/her gender by calling him kid or Kaido's child. He even refer to himself as a man.

Maybe Yamato is very effiminate men. He looks like girl, like Kurapika from HxH.

That panel looks fake as hell. It's more of a simple sketch, actually.
