An ancient giant would be extremely helpful in building up the land on Mt. Fuji as wells as the protective walls, so that would make a lot of sense. Since the skull was there, maybe the giant died during the process...
I was wondering about that. If Big Mom really is dead, how does that affect the homies? What about other people's souls that were used? Is the Soru Soru no Mi's power needed to maintain all that?
This chapter had good lore. I imagine Zunesha is needed to destroy Wano's walls and free Pluton. I wonder if it is connected to the "crime" it committed, as well as its punishment (to perhaps keep it away from Wano?).

The many references to the Celestial Dragons in this chapter, Sabo being referred to as an alternative "god" who has already successfully attacked the CD there, and Sakazuki's stating that there aren't any more Marines to deploy makes me think that the final battle (against the world government...
It amuses me to think that he was just walking along and talking to himself continuously from the end of the last chapter to the beginning of this one, but it doesn't look like he traveled very far.

Haha, there's a lot that could be (and probably has been) debated to death about it, especially since so much of it is ambiguous. It would fit right in.
