Yep, and 19 and 20 were supposed to be the big villains. The editor said nope and we got 17 and 18, who were still not threatening enough for the editor. So we got Cell. Android 17 is hands down the best character of the Android saga.

Cell wasn't a perfect villain, I'll give you that, but he was at least interesting in his 1st form, and the whole time travel storyline was great. The fights were great, the story was great, the twist and turns were great, and Gohan taking on the mantle of the hero was an epic pay off that...

Aren't blue flames the hottest ones? In my mind, black flames would only be a visual representation of CoC coated DJ/IJ, as opposed to hotter flames. Just like Zoro has green flames when he uses KoH.
