Law’s character is tied to Doflamingo. I think Doflamingo replacing a Gorosei is possible. If that happens Law could be relevant in defeating an Amp Doflamingo.

Black flames make me think of the flames the Gorosei, Lucci, and Kaku have in their awakened form, but their entire body isn’t black. I imagine IMU’s awakening is similar to Kaidou’s but replace the flame clouds with black flames and add the black flame halo

Wukong used a staff, and Nika’s weapon looks more like a staff too, if you look at it closely. I agree that Luffy will get a staff though.
