I completely understand. He could be a danger to himself too. There is no good solution for this. Its not easy to babysit a grownup, especially when they are stubborn. Parents rarely listen to their kids anyway.

Kansaro wins. Seika generals are exceptionally strong. Jyoukaryu did very well against bloodlusted Hi Shin unit and fatally cut Zenou. Gakushou beat Mouten and fought on par against Akou. Kansaro is stronger than these people.

I reread that Battle of Kokuyou Hills arc to see if I was missing anything. Honestly, I am still not impressed. I don't see how Keisha is above the monster trio of western zhao arc, i.e., Gyouun-Bananji-Akou.
