A few post-game thoughts...
First off, I'm happy that most (if not all) players seemed to greatly enjoy the setup and game. I think the expedition mechanic is a nice level-up effect that ties-in well with the flavour. I might have liked something with less of a random factor, but I'm not...
For a few examples... talking about someone's activity in another ongoing game, sharing information about a tragic personal situation in order to gain sympathy, and discussing someone getting a warning for poor behaviour, are all examples of Out-of-Game Information.
Here is one of the better...
If I'm running a game here, it'll probably be something themed after Made in Abyss... Been pondering that a bit, but I kinda don't want to start another mafia project...
Hmmm... If I get two or more additional people, I can run one of the more exciting experimental setups in my scrapbook. I wonder if maybe extending the waiting game a bit more makes sense...

Yeah, I used to have a mental shortlist of regular players (and an even less rigorous longer list) and then I'd just message people directly on Discord, which was much more likely to be seen/considered. But it's not for everyone and building those lists tended to ruffle feathers.
