They are. What's the point to introduce a group of 13 or 8 (minus the gorosei) if they won't fight the SHP. They are the perfect villains for this arc. All SHP need to grow up. Luffy vs Shamrocks or Domi Loki is really possible tho. Shamrock vs Zoro sounds more interesting but i guess Oda...
