Depends. Didn't know which limitation y'all wanted for the mafia section, so made it so that everyone can threadmark, but if it's misused, i'd limit it to specific users instead

Actually i wasn't assuming a newbie can't flip scum. But i did assume it was less likely for you to be scum at the beginning because i thought it was less likely that you'd have the same mafia role in both parties while playing in a similar way. I can excuse an active newbie to ask question and...
