Agreed, but the bringers of this new dawn of Wano are supposed to be people who muscle their way through the new world anyways and Toki was still dumb enough to think that these people were the scabbards. Maybe she just was that dumb

I mean, it's weird why she would interpret them to be the scabbards from this context of the letter as it logically makes sense for pirates and that's exactly why I was doubting that she was referring to the scabbards?

We just got an Ace silhouette in 998 lol, so I wouldn't put much stock into that person being Toki based on that. (Even though I really want it to be her)

Even with how it almost doesn't make any sense, I want that silhouette to be of Toki. This could be a chance to salvage her character from what was a pretty bland showing for a character from the void century during Oden's flashback. But meh I'm pretty confident on this being Hiyori, I guess...
