Don't see whats the problem with that. She was always potrayed as an insanely skilled warrior. Later she had to be saved, because she was forced to fight waves of enemies for God knows how long.

You can make a solid arguement of him being the best in the old generation. It's when you compare him to new gen things get more complicated, but him being at least in top 5 overall seem reasonable.
