I have said it for years. Carrot will join the grand fleet, as the mink pirates, something like nox 2.0. As for yamato, she will join. Come to terms with that.

Putting aside the current candidates, I believe that someone from ace's crew might join in the future and/or his crew might join the grandfleet. We haven't really seen them but oda did write about them in ace's journey, which I believe will amount to something in the story.

As I see it, luffy will call yamato by her name, when yamato acts like yamato and not like oden. Meaning, she will act like herself and thus her name will be worthy to be remembered by luffy. And then he will call her yamato. Imo.
