Zoro's bounty should be considerably larger than Sanji's, but there's no reason for Jinbe's being close to them. If Oda wanted to do this he wouldn't have put Sanji up against a guy with 1.3b and put Jinbe up against Tobiropo (unless you would think that Who's Who bounty is bigger than Jack's)...

I'm not talking about feats. Current Jinbe is stronger than Sanji, but if he beats Queen his bounty will increase more than Jinbe beating Who's Who. And Sanji's power-scalling it's very inconsistent. Remember in W7 he couldn't do damage to Blueno, however in Enies Lobby with the DJ he defeated...

Based on that they receive at least 80% of the opponent's bounty. Seems a good number, if we take 80% of Katakuri and Cracker bounty the result is close to 1.5 billion. If Sanji beat queen solo his bounty will be above 1 billion(close to kata's bounty).

After seeing Mr Prince holding Grandmaster in a Cross, i'm not sure about that :wellwell:

If Sanji does something against CP0 until the end of Wano, his bounty will be very close to Zoro. Oda can even put a difference of 10 million berries for gag reasons :kayneshrug:
