Lucci needs to stall Kizaru from reaching the Sunny(SHPs) when they flee. He knows that Kizaru can bridge the distance between Egghead and the Sunny quite easily, even if the Sunny is already kms away. He does not need to beat Kizaru - he will loose. But he needs to stall him. This will lead to...
