Zoro becoming stronger between Zou and the roof top is canonically false.
I do not know why you want to disprove clear cut factual elements given by the manga itself but it is futile. Your interpretation will never top the manga.
I think that you should be more open to different opinions...
What Zoro said was that when he mastered Enma he will be stronger. The fact that he judge himself as strong after the rooftop as during Zou means that he did not mastered Enma yet and that he did not grow stronger yet.
The three pictures are not mutually exclusive.

Zoro in Zou said that he worth 2000 people and after the rooftop he said that he worth 2000 people.
There is no difference between current Zoro and pre-Enma Zoro.
