Marco needed a named attack to toss the ship whilst King simply pushed it away with pure brute strength + no named attack. We can certainly say: King's AP > Marco's AP.

I really hope this is not the case. I'm not against the idea of the flying six having 600-700 million berry bounties but reaching the 1 billion bounty is too much imo. That'd be just lazy writing.
