Agree, but to be fair I just so far only connected all the arcs which we see so far without putting the future arcs into it. And the future will tell us if the manga end bad or good.

Nothing against JJk or Kimetsu or Tokyo Revenger, but these animes/manga lose their hype when they are ending. Only few people will remember these manga, the maincharacters and the story, but the most users will always remember themselve about One Piece,Naruto and Bleach, hell even Boku no Hero...

He can, without ryou he would not be able to hurt Kaido in rooftop battle. He learn adv CoA for this battle, with him able to hurt Kaido with Boundman did show us that he was able to use Ryou in G4.

You forgetting one important point, better attack means more potency, so Luffy using G4 would not just increase the attack power, but also would give a boost. As example, in G4 Luffy skin became very soft and hard in sametime. Doffy couldn't cut him anymore. I think this will happen here too...
