    No body sleep on Burgess, instead everybody see with eyes-open on how he got bodied everytime he showed up. Doubt Oda would even bother to hype him up tbh. He at max would be YC4 level Shiryu is the 2nd. We still have 10th Captain?, Lafitte or even Pizarro which might as well stronger than him
