I like Pizarro more, he looks cool af, Burgess was already mid diffed by another commander so I have no interest in him.

Jack was also more relevant than king and queen prior to Wano. However, just like Jack reported to King and Queen, Burgess reported to Lafitte and Shiryu.

Burgess being the third strongest makes sense, but I think his fight will be a rematch with Sabo once both have devil fruits since Burgess was the cause of Sabos homes destruction.

- sabo barely beat him after a longer battle when even fujitora only had draw with sabo. And burgess was still fine to sneak all the way to baltigo and find their base.
- burgess has yet to eat a fruit
- only 2 members in the crew that have a beard like blackbeard

Stronger than Burgess, besides Shiryu he was also the only other level 6 recruit for some reason to retain non prisoner putfit.

Shiryu and Pizarro the top 2. They both also have badass designs, gives off Jabra energy.

Shiryu ate a normal DF that doesn't increase his power in the slightest, no one is going to have OP fruits. Kata has mochi, King can fly and dino durability, Marco can fly and is pretty much immortal as long he has stamina and Shiryu can go invisible, everyone under them has worse fruits.

sure he will be damn strong and for sure he will have a hax DF , maybe Kuzan's if BB decided to Kill him.
but i don't agree on Sabo barely beat him, he handled him more like a bug to be honest, Sabo just wanted to prevent him from going after Luffy, he didn't fight to kill him. even without DF Sabo handled him easily breaking his armor like it was nothing.

There's only one rank in the BBP, everyone is a Captain with their own ship.
Why would the Captain of the 1st ship, the closest to BB be an underling of Laffitte or Shiryu?
