It isn't, you can see a clear line of black lighting following Oden's sword, just like it followed Kamusari.
Also, Pica and Killer sword trails are blood.
If you look at the top right of Oden, you can see the haki trails following his sword. It's depicted like Roger's Kamusari, which is also an aCoC attack.
There are 2 possible reasons as to why Oden never had trouble with it:
The fact he had no caution for the sword(evident by giving it to his daughter), whereas Zoro upon attaining the sword always held caution because the Swordsmith and Kinemon cautioned him. Also, Oden was reckless/dauntless...

I already did a thread on Marco's performance in Onigashima. I suggest you check it out. Short story: King bodied Marco, Queen barely paid any attention to Marco. Marco relied on his fruit to carry him for as long as it did.
