"Death" was never seen as an actual entity in One Piece so I can't imagine how it's possible.

You know it's just as unhealthy to be affected by fan expectations of their own favorite character that you start a discussion telling them to stop doing what they're doing. If you just wanna warn to them that they're gonna be disappointed, this isn't the appropriate way to do it. You're not doing them any favors besides projecting your own idea of what's happening to Zoro as if it were a fact, which is technically isn't any different from what the fans are doing—which in turn makes you just as bad. So look out, you might be setting yourself up for a disappointment without even realizing it.
