The Defense motions for this evidence to be dismissed as a sign of tampering with the trial. The Prosecution is clearly listed as a participant in the conversation, and should have brought up any potential conflict of interests they believed in then, rather than save them as a trap for the judge in court.

This is clearly the gambit of a desperate prosecution that has to rely on withholding fluids from minors and the testimony of the undead to make their case.

The Defense asks the Prosecution to show where the Defense attempted to curry favor with the Judge.

A plea deal is commonly sought after to ensure that a defendant, guilty or innocent has every option available to them.

I merely sought to give my client more options if he did not want to take this to court, but as you can see instead the Prosecutor asked for personal gain rather than searching for Justice.

His exact words were, β€œWhat’s in it for ME?” The prosecutor clearly doesn’t care for this court nor those who seek Justice here.
