Luffy did 70% at best, Yamato did the most damage excluding Luffy, then Zoro, then Law. Scabbards together did more damage than Kid, Killer individually.

the way I calculated it, was primarily based on how much time a fighter was able to fight Kaido? and how serious Kaido was?
Scabbards, SN, and Yamato's fights took the same amount of time, so initially these are 10%, 10%, 10%. & Luffy did like 70%, of course we can't calculate it that way, because Kaido's energy was being consumed, because he was lifting Onigashima, so Kaido was in better condition when he fought Scabbards, he had lower energy against SN, but he used more power, he had even lower energy against Yamato, & he was really tired against Luffy, but he used more power. as the time goes, Kaido gets consumed faster, so we can't calculate it accurately, but we can at least guess who did more damage than the others.
