- Scabbards: They, along with most of Wano (with the exception of Kinemon, Momo, and Tama), can piss off. So many chapters were wasted on their little dramafest with Lorochi and the Oniwashingmachine ninjas. Even the Wano villains, aside from some of Kaido’s commanders, were disappointing. And speaking of Kaido himself, he came across as painfully bland. It feels like too much time was spent flashbacking dead Oden instead of focusing on Kaido.
- Grand Fleet: Initially, I wasn’t a fan of how much screentime they took up during Dressrosa. However, once they became part of the Grand Fleet, it made more sense. I expected a lot more from them, but unfortunately, they haven’t done much in over a decade. Apart from a short and uneventful cover story arc and being interviewed by Morgans, they’ve been relatively useless. It would have been great if Luffy or Usopp could have added more members to the fleet, especially when you consider all the potential candidates they met since then, like the Sun Pirates, the Minks, some Wano characters, or even Tama’s gifter servants (poor Tama is going to have a miserable time when her dango wears off).
- Satellites: Except for York, none of them seem to matter much. Even York’s entire story was offscreened, leaving them with no redeeming qualities beyond fun character designs and quirky personality traits. Shaka and Pythagoras were killed before they even had a chance to make a significant impact.
- Germa 66: There was a lot of potential here, but unfortunately, it never paid off, just like lOda's attempt at redeeming Pudding which also fell flat. Perhaps if Oda had focused less on the Super Sentai theme and instead given Sanji only one brother to act as his antithesis and opponent, their existence would have felt more meaningful. Frankly, Reiju and Sora were the only positive aspects to come out of Germa 66.
- G5: They’re tolerable. They served their purpose as outside spectators to the Straw Hats, and their presence helped to portray Smoker as a proper leader and role model. Additionally, there isn’t much individuality among G5’s members, so they don’t take up as much screentime/chaptertime as the other groups mentioned above.
Scabbards it’s not even close. They got so many panels and were so pointless.
Alabasta did the scabbards correctly where the royal guards took super strength pills that costed them life, then had crocodile let them die. It was one chapter, showed us their willingness to die for their country, and hyped Crocodile.
Oda should’ve just done that for the scabbards too

Scabbarbs have already served their purpose and half of them are dead or crippled so they can go
Half the vegapunks are dead and I don't see them having a major role in the story past egghead unless Lilith joins the strawhats or strawhat grandfleet
The entire purpose of Germa 66 was to further flesh out Sanji's back story and show how sanji could of been plus the 3 Brothers are the same character copy and pasted with a different color palette
G5- is 100% irrelevant outside of Smoker and Tashigi and smoker hasn't been seen since punk hazard Tashigi at least showed up to operation rescue the pink panther and I doubt g5 will have any more relevance
The grand fleet is the only group here with eos potential not only are they tied to the main characters they are still set to cause a major incident and most of the grandfleet captains are pretty cool and unique characters
So imo the grandfleet really is the only group that deserves to stay
But going by the criteria of which 1 should go that's easily G-5 going by best characters and relevance to story
1- Grandfleet
2- Satalites
3- Germa
4- Scabbards
5- G-5
G-5 can kick Rocks

Fuck all these shitty ass groups, but especially the Scabbards. So much wasted panels and bloat with these stupid motherfuckers. Axe the majority of them so that Zoro and the Shimotsuki clan can get some goddamn development in an arc about swordsmen. The Scabbards as they currently stand are just a bunch of idiotic ass Loden fanboys that seem to care about Loden's honor than they do about Wano.
