Sanjibro #1 here, let me give you the real answer.
To understand Sanji, you must first understand his mentality.
Little did people know, Sanji actually just like the mink's and wano's nurses plastering bandages on him. He likes that feeling. That's why he got bandaged.
Because sanji and queen had an extreme difficulty fight and sanji took a serious beating.
It was obvious after he beat Queen, it was obvious after he wake up when Luffy awakened and it's still obvious after a whole week.
If all this powerscaling wasn't a factor, fans would appreciate this fight way more, it was sanji's toughest opponent that he was the winner ofc
Regeneration and healing is kinda different. I think exoskeleton is more about restoration, like reforming and reshaping the body and it's part back.
Just because they Regen, doesn't mean they heal.
I think what people meant is that Sanji doesn't take as much as damage Luffy and Zoro did. Coupled with Exoskeleton who should've make his recovery faster, Oda shouldn't draw Sanji with bandages.
Sanji was up and running a little while after getting treated by O-Some so I don't think it makes sense to knock him for still wearing bandages if some bruises are still there. It's just really impressive for Zoro to be up after just a week, considering all he took.
It doesn't mean Sanji's as damaged as Zoro, especially when Sanji was up after some treatment and rest, just that they both still have some bandages.
