Shanks has 9 officers. Strawhats have 9 members, excluding the captain. Blackbeard has 10 Titanic Captains. Both RHP and SHP will face the BBP. So both Shanks and Luffy will recruit one more person.

I came to this view many months ago and am not as sure about it as I was in the past. Marco just recently refused the invitation again. He is similar in fighting style to Sanji. Would fit if he loses against the opponent that Sanji will defeat. Could also see Urouge joining and fighting Burgess, now that they have similar Devilfruits.

She was a Rocks pirate, she has the evil look, she helped BB by going after remnants of the WBP, she is greedy like Nami.

She can't stay on Amazon LIlly. Coby told her that the navy was only after her, not after anyone else of the Kuja tribe. She even thought about going to Luffy.
