I could literally yap about Blackbeard having 11 members, Akainu having 11 Admiral codenames sans Kuzan, Shanks having 11 when you include Rockstar lol, but I wont, because these patterns never matter or work

Shanks and Blackbeard's crew number are literally stalling with Luffy's crew number, they can't move without the other else the cat would be out of the bag completely..

What matters is the story progression and Rocks, Imu are reflecting that progression with their 13 subordinates..

Also do you really believe lame ass Sanjuan Wolf is a starter player?.. The only thing cool about him is his name.. Rockstar is better than him..
