Theory 16 - Chapter theorycraft

Chapter 1060 -> remove the 0s -> 16

I think we should be anticipating chapter 1069 and 1078 next because:
1+0+6+9 = 16
1+0+7+8 = 16

It's a theory but I am anticipating whether this will be right.
Will those chapters contain something related to "16" or Imu/World Government/Celestial Dragons?
Could this be a thing going forward into the final saga?
Do we have more proof lingering in past chapters?

But people already pointed out about the 16 Holy Bullets that Doflamingo uses against G4 Luffy and the Celestial Dragons shoots 16 bullets to execute someone.

This checksum thing could lead to nothing ... but:

Doflamingo used the 16 holy bullets attack in chapter 790: 7+9 = 16
Chapter 763 (Doflamingo flashback, a peasant tells how his child was shot by 16 bullets by celestial dragons): 7+6+3 = 16

but if 790 is relevant (7+9=16 holy Bullets), why not 970 ...
a) this confirms the 16 checksum is only relevant for certain chapters. in every (?) arc?
b) some other number game is played ...
c) coincidence without meaning

I think doing this consistently would be too much of a headache for Oda. So he does this whenever he sees a chance. I doubt there are many coincidences since this wouldnt be the only number play in One Piece.
