Everyone is saying that Dragon is the Rain Goddess Zaza, but he’s a male character , it would be weird if he also has a female Zoan fruit.
I believe that Dragon doesn’t have a devil fruit and actually fights like Garp.
But an interesting thought came up to me, what if Dragon isn’t Luffy’s father but mother and he gave birth to Luffy in his Zaza Zoan form? So you either take this or the, he fights like Garp take…..I rest my case.
