Nobody gave a shit about Law cutting the mountain in PH. Oda made Don Chinjao, a man who fought against Prime Garp, and two Samurai who have seen Prime Oden, shit his pants at what Zoro did in Dressrosa.
"Less impressive" yet dedicates panels to people being amazed at what Zoro did, but nobody even commented on what Law did.

Zoro is constantly being matched with absolute irrelevant headliners like Hawkins while Zoro embarrassed him portrayal wise. He wasn't even shown as someone who can compete with Zoro as Zoro being on defense resulted in Hawkins dying 3 times.
Where as commander level ***** like Kawamatsu and Kyoshiro are either fighting equally with Zoro or are fighting alongside Zoro or admiring him.
On top of it Zoro tamed a blade that requires Haki stronger than all Wano user including absolute CoA freaks like Hyogoro of the flower teaching Luffy advanced Haki and bunch of commander lvel samurais and is poised to do a massive damage to Kaido and make permanent black blade.
Zoro's Wano portrayal is so far above Law's, its absolute laughable.
And feats lmao
Physically a puny ass gravity attack from Fujitora had Law lying down like a bitch and MASSIVE attack from Fuji, stronger than all besides raging tiger on Luffy got not only tanked by Zoro, he also physically overpowered it and pushed Fuji back.
Stopped charge of a moving dragon twice as big as Oars Jr and a marine battle ship pulling off one of the biggest feats (a top tier physical strength feat) in the entire series.
Not to mention busting a mountain with a nameless spammable attack which Law needs to use his room to replicate and still his cut is no where near as effective as Zoros as the power of Law's small or big cut is the same.
No Zoro's feats are above every commander. Law's feats are not on the same level as Zoro's.
